Mohan is an international CIO and CDO with a digital mindset and a deep passion for people, technology, value creation and transformative leadership. Currently serving as CIO & CDO at DANX Carousel Group, the European leader in time-critical logistics.
Over two decades spanning Asia and Europe — including more than a decade in Denmark — he has driven large-scale digital transformation, turnarounds, and business-enabling technology programmes across logistics, financial services, and consulting.
Mohan believes in transparency, involvement, and empowerment — cultivating cultures of trust, entrepreneurial spirit, and continuous growth for both people and organisations.
Brought in to lead the full technology transformation of a PE-backed pan-European logistics group — from building the product organisation from scratch to defining the digital strategy enabling market leadership.
Progressed through four leadership roles at one of the world's largest logistics companies — culminating in global responsibility for Road IT across 34 countries. Participated in driving one of the most complex TMS transformation in DSV Road's history while building and scaling high-output product teams.
Delivered strategic product initiatives for one of Scandinavia's leading pension providers — bridging business and technology across Denmark and Asia. Introduced automation thinking before RPA became mainstream.
